Little Giant Incubator - What Do I do If I Dont Have An Air Circulator?

I Have A Little Giant Incubator. I Dont Have An Air Circulator Sooooo.....What Do I Do? Do I Like Open The Lid Every Few Hours To Let Some Fresh Oxygen Get In?

Also Kind of Thermometer Do I Use? The Ones That You Peel Off The Back And They Stick To The Wall Of The Incubator?

Also How Do I Provide Enough Humidity To Sustain The Chicks Life When They Hatch? And Do I need A Humidity Thermometer? Is So Where Can I Get Them

One More Question I Have Quail Eggs Coming In For The Incubator Do I Put Them Big End Up In The Automatic Turner?

1.) You dont nessisarily need a circularor/forced air. One the incubator you should have 2 holes with red bthings to put in holed they are not needed so make sure that both air holes are opened. Thats the oxygen for the chicks.
2.) You can use the one that should have came with the incubator the lil one and place in on the bottom of incubator to set the temp. You can use any thermometer, there are the reptile/lizard thermometers, u can use that one.
3.) You will fill up the bottom of the incubator, the rings with water, make sure that there is water in the rings at all times, when low fill it back up. You dont need a humidity thermometer.
4.) You can put the eggs lik that and date the eggs witha a pencil to know when you put them in or put the date on calandar.

Make sure that 3 days befor they hatch you turn off the turner and then place them on the bottom of incubator to lat them hatch the rest of the way. it can take 16-18 days for quail to hatch. so on day 14 of incubation stop turnong the eggs.
