Tweety Feeders

does bird seed go bad?

Last year I bought two 25 lps. bags of bird seed. They are like bags of cement. I also changed the feeder but it got put in storage. Now it snowing and I feel bad. Will the bird seed still be good ?
There doesn't seem to be a notice on the bag. I put it up but no tweety bird.
I did not mean the bags got wet and turned to 50 bags of cement. They were giant and heavy when I bought them.
