Where can I buy the plastic clasp for pet collars?

I make hemp jewelry and would like to make pet collars, but I can't find just the plastic clasp anywhere? Anybody know where I can buy them? I would prefer the "safety" or "breakaway" kind, that look kind of like a seat belt buckle.
