does anyone know about the tower and pyramid in Hamden Ct?

its a tower in the backwoods of hamden, that in the last ten years houses have been built around. It has a 4 sided pyramid held aloft by a stone under each corner. the tower is etched with moons and the such and has an inscripture on the double hinged door that says "what is does not dance" Thank you for any information you may have. I used to go there when I was younger, but was never able to find out any information on it.
