If a dog is born and raised amongst cats, is it possible for it to believe it's a cat?

I have a Boxer named Luna. She was born and raised amongst 3 cats. Now one of the cats gave birth to 6 kitties, so she is really really surrounded by cats. However, she doesn't seem to mind. She treats the kitties in a maternal way and gets along great with the adult cats. They get on top of her and sleep on her and she doesn't mind.
Also, she sleeps curled up in a ball (like a cat). And she hates other dogs.
So my question is: Is Luna's behavior the result of her environment (the fact that she believes she is a cat) or is it a result of her breed (Boxers tend to be very baby-like dogs)?

First of all, I love the name of your Boxer...I don't think that she really believes that she is a cat though. Boxer's do have cat-like personalties, but it is more probably that she has just picked up some of the cat's behaviors. I have a dog named "Queen Lucy" who has grown up around my cat. They're really close and because of that, Queen Lucy will bat her paws at my hand or at toy mice--but she still is very much a dog. Also, if Luna does not like other dogs that is probably because she wasn't socialized properly. This isn't really a bad thing, but if a dog doesn't constantly go to dog parks or classes with other dogs--it simply isn't going to like their company as much as that of their "cat family".
