can you give a dog plush toys?

i have this large collections of plush toys i had when i was younger. i dont want to throw them away (i know, strange) and i dont want to spend more money on plush toys for dogs. i was wondering if i took out the bead eyes and sew it back together, could i give them to my dog? they're not dirty (the dolls) or plastic. they're all made out of fabric and stuffings

I would say no...because it was not made to be chewed by a dog and if he(or she) ripped it open and ate(swallowed) the cotton and other parts of the stuffed animal it could get all caught up in his digestive system and lungs, which would be VERY bad.
