pet safe inground radio fence?

I am installing the pet safes inground fence for stubborn dogs and was wondering if anybody had any advice for me on the best way to use this system.I have three dogs one is very well behaved and comes when called she has only left our yard twice the other two are a little harder to handle and when they get out and off their chains they just run and run they do not listen and are very hard to catch.any advice would help

Set the system up and make SURE that two things happen, the jolt level is HIGH and the animal KNOWS through much trial and trainning that he will get ZAPPED if he approaches the boundry.
