What top goes with an ultra mini skirt, that’s like Scottish and plaid pink with black and some white stripes?

I've bought the skirt in Rome, but I’m afraid it’s too slutty, so I’m planning on wearing it with a pair of really tight dark blue- black jeans or with black tights. Which option is better?
