Muslim charm for dog-tags.?

I am going to enlist in the Army and I can have a religious charm on my dog-tags. Being that I am Muslim, I'd like to get a Shahada charm or something similar.

Does anybody know where I can get one?
and dont tell me "Dont be Muslim" or "Dont enlist" cause thats not what I'm asking.
