Which Hikari food would be best for my telescope eyed fancy goldfish?

I have 2 telescope eyed fancy goldfish, they live in a 25 gallon tank but I've just bought a new 40 gallon breeder for them. I've been looking at Hikari's selection of goldfish foods, and most of them seem to be geared toward goldfish with headgrowths. Should I feed Hikari Oranda Gold? Or something more basic like Hikari Goldfish Gold, or Hikari Goldfish Staple?
Lunar W I know about all of those things and I do vary their diet... though I don't feed any of my fish live fish because I don't want them to get diseased.

Like us, goldfish enjoy eating a variety of fruits and vegetables such as Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, cooked peas, eggs, grapes, spinach and oranges. And if your mom does not want you to feed your goldfish a salad, then you can search your yard to find earthworms and insect larvae to feed it.

What you want to feed goldfish is entirely up to you and you can opt to feed it some of the more uncommon foods and still keep it healthy. The best rule of thumb for feeding your goldfish is moderation. Only feed it a little bit once a day and you could even go every other day.

This will also help to keep his living environment (the aquarium) clean and allow you to go for longer periods of time without cleaning the fish tank.
