where can I locate a mini impeller motor assembly without having to buy a finished product and strip it?

I cannot locate a mini vacuum pump to use in an original product. All the listings on the web are for finished products. I just want to buy from the manufacturer of the fan/vacuum assembly. Cannot find one who shows just that part and the dimensions
